텀블러(Tumblr)로 글을 쓸때마다 깜짝 놀란다. 매 번 진화하는 모습에 놀란다. 완성도 높은 기술에(분명 어려운 기술은 아니지만)  감각적인 디자인이 더해져 글쓰기 플랫폼의 미래를 보여주는 듯 하다.

놀랍다.

2008년 11월부터 개인적으로 사진을 올리는 용도로 쓰기 시작했다. 텀블러가 지금까지 꾸준한 사랑을 받은 원천은 그만큼 잦은 업데이트 덕분이 아닐까 한다.

야후에 인수된 이후에도 독립적인 느낌으로 잘 운영되는 듯하다.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo’s board of directors has approved the company’s widely-rumored acquisition of Tumblr in an all-cash deal worth $1.1 billion. Assuming the terms are accepted by Tumblr, CEO Marissa Mayer is all but certain to announce Yahoo’s latest pickup — easily its largest to date in a spree of acquisitions and content deals — at a media event tomorrow in New York City. via

딜리셔스의 경우만 보아도… 텀블러 오랫동안 사용했는데 점점 위기감이 느껴진다.
